For the demo we build a preview from your website: your rooms, photos and look, with example prices. You see what the booking engine looks like for your property before you commit to anything.
The same price as everyone
The offer does not change plan prices. Stay, Experience and Resort cost the same as always.
The deadline is the end of the year
The offer has a date, not a limited number of places. Every Mews property that signs by the deadline gets the same offer.

Wholestay runs on top of Mews: rooms, rates and availability come from there. Where the property is does not matter.

The deadline is about the contract, not the launch. Setup targets 4–5 weeks.

Terms
- Commission on all sales through the booking engine: accommodation, packages and activities.
- All prices include VAT.
- Setup is a €1,500 one-off fee: connections, content, design, tracking, training and installation on your website.
- Year-end offer: setup €0 (normally €1,500) when you sign by the end of the year. Offer valid until 31 December 2026.
- The contract runs until further notice, with 3 months' notice.
- Tailored pricing for chains and multiple properties: monthly fee and commission agreed separately.
